Question Clutch problem

ok so i have this 88 GXL n/a, 5 lug, 5 speed, 85k original miles. ever since i bought the car i was having this problem. the clutch would grab and engage fine within the first say 45 minutes of driving the car (before it was really warm), then after it started to get pretty warm when it was engaging i would get this hardcore chatter, so i thought the flywheel was a little warped or something clutch related. this weekend i went ahead and put a racing beat aluminum flywheel in with a 4 puck racing beat clutch with a factory pressure plate (for streetability) drove it to work a couple of times and it worked great (20min commute) then last night me and a bunch of friends went up to kent to spectate at the races, and sure enough it started to do the same horrible chatter. when i was in doing the clutch i also did the pilot bearing and throw out bearing too. but now i am just dumb founded. i made sure not to get any grease on any of the mating surfaces and sprayed them down with brake cleaner to make sure. i put new polyurethane tranny mounts in too, so where i am at now is just dumb founded. it works great until it gets real warm (30-45min) could it be the slave or clutch master? anyone experience this problem too? HELP!!! oh and i also put dot5 fluid in and blead the system

Chatter is usually the throw-out bearing.

throw out bearing is new.... i just had a thought..... i didnt lube my shaft for my throw out bearing, i lubed the pilot bearing though... would this maybe cause the shutter? but Qua_Ngheo, the car runs great, just little bit of chatter. im sure we arent having the same problem.

did you see any problems with the clutch fork itself? sounds like you pretty much replaced everything that would be the likely problem and now your into the "wtf is going on" zone.

also, how did the old clutch and pressure plate look? if there were any unusal marks on either of them that'd be my new starting place you know what i mean? bearings too.

i'll post a couple of pics of the old/new stuff, i have been told that it could be the front U-joint... but well im kinda thinking since i didn't lube the throwout it could be warming up and binding on the shaft.... lemme know what you think about that.

old flywheel

you can kinda see the old clutch disc

what im workin with

Bearings are an easy fix. With a lift and the right tools, the parts are like $50 bucks or something. Prolly less.

Does the clutch pedal sometimes stick or not spring back with as much force as normal?...

If so check the seal at the back of the master cylinder from inside the car...

the master is not leaking, something weird happend today tough, i poped the lid on the clutch master to make sure my fluid was still at the line (it was) and when i got in my car and pressed the clutch down it didnt come all the way back up till i pumped it a few times, then drove fine... does anyone know where in the NW (washington) would be a good place to get some tranny work done? cause if it is the bearings i might as well get the whole thing rebuilt cause my synchros are kinda sketchy...
