Clutch Pressure

For some reason the other day it seemed that my clutch had no pressure. Its kinda hard to explain but I'll try. I was driving then all of a sudden I could lift the clutch pedal up with my foot. About half way up the pedal was just there. I could move it up and down with nothing happening. The sweet spot is out further but when this happened it was like right off the floor. Can't figure it out!!!! Somebody pleasehelp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did it till I turned the car off and when I went back out to it 30 minutes later it was fine.

Its time to check the clutch fluid level.
Its time to bleed the clutch.
Its time to check for leaks.
Worst case scenario, it s time for new master and slave cylinders.

Would I be able to use a brake bleed system to bleed the clutch??? Or would I need to take my car to someone that I don't know to work on my car?

Its just like bleeding the brakes.
Download the Factory Service Manual from the iluvmyrx7 or fc3s websites. Or, buy the haynes book. They explain the bleeding process. Its a 2 person job. I use speedbleeders which make clutch/brake bleeding quicker and easier for one person.

You either have a leak or a bad slave cylinder. A bleed might fix the problem in the short term, but eventually it's gonna happen again.

Replacing the slave and master cylinder is a piece of cake. Two bolts on the slave and two nuts on the master from under the dash, swap 'em out and bleed the system. It's not as hard as you'd think.
