Question Next step towards 250-275 HP....

I'm getting ready to set an appointment at K&D Rotary and I'm trying to figure out what to buy and get installed to reach between 250-275 HP. My current mods are RB DP(I think it's 2.5"), HKS intake, FCD, and Maxspeed Catback. I already have an FD fuel pump, and a 3' staight pipe for the main cat.. I also have boost and EGT gauges(my boost only shows 6 at most/ I figure the cat is clogged). What do yall think would work?

full exhaust and 4" TID mod will put you well in that range just make sure you have correct reading gauges to tell if your running lean and then get yourself a fuel computer and you should be good to go then..

Can I still reach that level with 2.5" exhaust?, or will I have to go larger?

I should be there. Its $20 to race and I think something like $7 to get in if your not racing. You usually can get something like 6-8 runs in given the fact that you get there by like 4-4:30.

hmmm

are you talking 275rwhp. Thats probably next to impossible if not very dangerous on the stock turbo to achieve that. Now if you are just looking for 275 - drivetrain loss, that should be easily attainable. A healthy motor with a full exhaust/intake/boost controller/afc/ possibly some emmisions removed and set to about 11-12psi should be able to hit 230-240rwhp....I've seen some dynos in that range. Of course you could get more, but turbo+engine life are gone.
