Clutch not disengaging

A couple weeks ago it was really hard for me to get into reverse on my FC. Some people said it might be because the clutch wasn't fully Now my clutch doesn't disengage at all. Any idea where to start?

If you are removing the transmission, check the pivot ball for the clutch fork, I had one break on me and the clutch would not disengage.

Okay thanks. I'll check into that. Just as a note, the pedal comes back up and doesn't stick to the floor. Also I changed the line and slave cylinder recently.

pilot bearing can fail in a way that keeps the transmission input shaft turning even when the clutch is disengaged.

i hope it's not the pilot bearing. I checked it today and it looks like when I push down the pedal, the slave does push the fork, but perhaps not enough. Would a broken master cause this? The clutch fluid was also very low, though I didn't spot any leakage around the master. The slave and clutch line are new, so I don't think they would fail (though I could definitely be wrong). So in any case I'm going to change the master and see what happens.

Before you just change parts, have someone watch the slave cylinder for movement. If it moves, no need change parts.

Good Luck!
