The master cylinder bolts are inside the cabin of the car. You have to do some gymnastics to get to them.

You don't have to take the dash apart to get to the master's nuts (ha, ha)

For the auto, I think the bolt holes in the firewall will already be there for ya, you just need to install the peddle mechanical components...

Air tools come in handy every now & then...

masters nuts.. meh.. ha

What are you asking again? The pedal swap for me sucked. But project84 said his pedal swap was cakewalk.

The entire pedal assembly unbolts out inside side of the firewall and steering column tunnel (under the dash). You don't need to remove the dash to get to it, but maybe a few pieces of dash molding. I had to remove the steering colum entirely (unbolt it from the knuckles in the engine bay) to get the pedals out. Otherpeople were just able to loosen it, and get by.

My pedal swap took 3 hours... they beat the crap out of me. I guess I was just going a dificult route or something. On a good side, it only took 5 minutes mounting the new pedals in

The only thing right off hand that the air compressor will be used for on the swap is the flywheel nut. Everything else should be relatively easy if you've got some wd40 or pblaster/breaker

12mm, IIRC...

Get a 1/4" drive with a 4 to 6" extension on it- once you break them loose, you can unthread the rest of the way with your fingers...Same going back on...
