clutch grinding

O.K. so I rebuilt my motor and got a new XTR stage 3 performance clutch... now every time I push the clutch in it sounds like the throw out bearing is grinding. It was a new throw out bearing, but I thought it might be bad and I swapped it out. That didn't help much. I was able to get it into gear (car is still off the ground) but it still doesn't sound right. Im not sure if it is the clutch or what? I did replace the pilot bearing. Has anyone else had a problem with these clutches? Im at my wits end. I guess im going to put the stock clutch back in today.....??? Any advice would be great. Thanks
