clutch and flywheel ?'s

i was wondering if a clutch and a flywheel that is made for the t2 will bolt right up to a n/a with out anymods. i bought a clutch and a flywheel for a turbo by accident for my 87 n/a. thanks guys

The turbo flywheel will bolt up to the N/A engine. Provided they are the same series and the counter weights are the same it'll run fine also.

Only snag is that you'll need a TII transmission as well.....and then a TII driveshaft....TII diff....TII half shafts...

Or you could get a TII transmission and the mazdatrix TII to NA driveshaft.

Actually, that's not correct.

Yes, the flywheel and PP will bolt up.
The problems is that you'll need to match the clutch DISC to the transmission.

The Turbo II clutch disc is a 1" spline.
The non-turbo FC is a 7/8" spline.

Technically, you can stuff a non-turbo clutch disc with your set-up and have everything work.

All of that probablyt confused the hell out of you.

ok so what if i have an n/a s4 motor and a turbo s5 trans w/flywheel and clutch... would it bolt on? and if so what kind of counterweights would i need?
