clutch and fly wheel

Its time to replace my clutch and I'm looking at the exedy organic clutch. I drive an 88 GXL with no real mods other than the basic exhaust/intake crap but I plan on putting competition rear diff mounts and some sub frame braces later on. any oppinions on this particular clutch? also, what are the major benefits of a lighter fly wheel, I know with too light of a flywheel you lose a lot of torque and streetability but where is a happy medium for a NA RX7?
any oppinions or insight is much appreciated

i have an exedy organic "racing" supposedly clutch and i like it. but i think mine cost over 300 or something. i don't think it was worth it but i think you're looking at the one just under 200 bucks. someone posted that exedy makes the clutches for everyone else anyways. well not exedy exactly but the company that makes exedy clutches.
