Get a new OEM throw-out bearing, pilot bearing and seal.... They don't appear to be using OEM parts.... and they don't even include a pilot bearing seal.

FWIW, I've used gripforce in the past on stock power level applications and its fine - but on higher horsepower (was just over 300) stuff its simply ****. The "hevy duty" pressure plate was very far from heavy duty. Would slip at 6-7psi. Just couldn't hold anything.

well im running an n/a hoping for around 180-190 hp at the wheels when its all said and done. do you think it would hold that off alright?
theres also a good amount of used clutches in the for sale section, 35-40 bux, how bad of an idea is it to go used? im in college and money is ultra tight right now

Its like getting a half-eaten cheeseburger... you don't know exactly what you are getting.

For you're power (more importantly torque actually) in an N/A app like that - this clutch should be fine.

Re-surafcing the flywheel is only necessary....when its necessary. If the surface isn't true/flat then a few things will happen. One being your clutch won't be able to hold the power its rated for, the other is accelerated wear of the friction disk (again, only if the flywheel is scored up) since its being broken in on an un-even surface and lastly is the possibility of chatter.

Its only important if the flywheel is in rough shape. If its got a couple hot spots but is still flat/even wear then its fine. Clean it up with some fine paper and move on.
