Starting/Fuel Issues *Help Quick!*
Alright, so my car was having issues before with the spark. It wouldnt spark properly, but it was getting fuel. After trying many things, cleaning the plugs, etc. what fixed it ended up being me jiggling the wires beneath the dash, and then magically, she ran!
This was a week ago. Today, I was on the way to store it for the winter, when it just died out on the road. Same problem as the first time, fuel cut off switch ON or OFF did nothing, sounded the same and wouldnt start. Then, after my patented wire jiggling, it sounded a little different when i cranked it, and YES! IT Starte...wait, what? EFF. It didnt start. It made sounds like it would, turned over and caught for about 1-2 seconds, then dies out.
So now, whether the switch is on or off, it will crank and start, and run for about 1-2 seconds and then die, even if i flick the switch on when it catches and give it gas.
Any ideas? Im okay where I'm parked for now, but by tomorrow morning i will get a ticket. Of course I can tow it, but if I can fix it I would rather drive it.
Thanks for the help in advance,
Dan.

Alright, well the car is home now so now theres not AS big a rush, but I still have to get this thing put away.
Another thing I forgot to mention, is that I heard some clicking-like sounds from under the dash before (like last week before it started working again) and then again today, right before it died on me. What can make those kind of sounds from under the dash??

The "run for 2 seconds then dies" sounds an awful lot like a vacuum leak somewhere.
But to be sure :
check/clean the plugs (note if they are wet or not)
check the plug wires
check that the spark plugs are screwed in all the way
check the coils
check the battery
If all that checks out, move on to fuel.
When I had a similar problem my car would turn on and idle, but when I revved, it would die immediately. Turned out I had weak spark, and adding fuel was actually what made it die.

Does the sound that I heard from under the dash not mean anything? I figured there is some kind of relay or something under the dash that may have just pooched or something.

What sound? The different sound you heard when it did start? If the fuel cut switch was working properly the car wouldn't even start in the "off" position. So you saying that the engine would start, then die two seconds later, even after you flick the switch on to give it gas after the engine starts makes no sense. Once again, I say check that the switch is not malfunctioning and that all the connections are good. Jiggling around wires under the dash and it suddenly working is also highly suspect of bad/ ghetto wiring connections that need to be fixed.
