Is thier soposed to be play in the clutch pedal? I have no play at all. Plus I can hear noises like a tinny grindy sound and when I touch my foot on the pedal ever so slightly it goes away then comes back when I let off and get intermiten like as if the Throwout bearing was touching the release levers. What will this cause and what to expect and h ow to adjust? thnx a billion.

 

Yeah i know it always touches but like to lightly or what? And I have an 89GXL. And the clutcha and tranz are new. Used tranz but newly put in. Throwout is new to. The mechanic put the tranz in and I htink adjusted my clutch work.
