Clogged secondary fuel injector help

i have a couple questions that mainly pertain to the secondary fuel injectors and was wondering if you guys could help me out. I drive an 88 na rx7 with the stock fuel injectors. The car has other parts on it but no mods to the fuel system. The issue i am running into is that when my can no longer rev past 4k rpm; when i try to, the engine boggles down with power. This is cockblocking the whole advantage of rotary and is simply frustrating because my torque is at 65000 right? I have had previous work done on the injector before , but it occured again so i feel like in order to save money its time for me to learn how. the mechanic said he had a used old one laying around and apparently the 88 model had a unique rail than the other models.

1st) i am premixing my vehicle with a half clogged omp line. i am only adding about 1/4 oz for every gallon i put in because the omp line is still partially functional. so a full tank i dont put more than 4 oz of 2 stroke oil in the tank. could that be the cause of it clogging my secondary fuel injector?

2nd) i've tried pouring seafoam into the gas tank so that the fuel system would be cleaned...but it didnt really work like i wished.

3rd) in order to take the secondary fuel injectors off... everything ive read says that i must remove the throttle body in order to get to the injectors. is this really true because i feel like i might as well attempt at rebuilding at the same time bcuz im going so far as to take the upper and lower intake manifold off.
I plan to send the injectors off for cleaning once i remove them...but its just getting there that puzzles me. When i got the vehicle back from the mechanic the first time, it looked as if he got the injector off without taking the air intake and upper manifold because there were traces of spray ( possibly fuel) that were still there. My question is... IS THERE A SIMPLER WAY TO REMOVE THE FUEL INJECTORS?

THanks guys any imput would be greatly appreciated.

3rd: if you have basic skills and tools, removing the fuel injectors is simple. Don't get ahead of yourself by trying to rebuild the engine when you can't figure out how to remove the injectors.

Start by downloading the Factory service manual (FSM). It will guide you step by step on how to remove everything properly.

turns out, the wiring was loose for the injectors. the previous mechanic must have forgotten to put the clips back on. O_O
