Check your driveshaft U-joints. I got completely hung up on the loose nut thing, and forgot that the U-joints in the driveshaft make that EXACT noise, and sometimes it isn't consistent. When mine went bad, I could ONLY hear it at like 5-6 MPH, and ONLY when I was next to a building or line of cars.

Make sure the caliper bolts are tight. If their loose, the caliper could be clicking when you press the brake / engage the e-brake. If you lost one of the bolts, the caliper could also be touching the rim.

Alright so an update. I had my car in for some work; new clutch, flywheel, and driveshaft (had just ujoints, but the shop cracked the drive shaft so they bought me a new one). Assuming everything was done right I'm still getting a clicking sound at low speed turning and stuff. Need some help here, I'm stumped.
So new parts are:
-Clutch
-Flywheel
-Driveshaft
-CV joints
Thinking it mounts? The diff itself? Etc...

Mounts, probably not. could be the diff though, did you say you had an LSD? Do you have LSD fluid in it? Some differentials (My only experience is with Corvettes and they ALL do this) will make a clicking sound around turns if the fluid in the differential doesn't have the LSD additive.
Also, are you sure it isn't the hub bearings?

I'm assuming I need the bearing and seal? http://www.mazdatrix.com/h86-92bearings.htm
