Sounds like its your rear hub bearings. If the axel nut was loose you put alot of stress on the bearing

Would the bearings click like that? Should I replace them as well?

There's no play on the wheel when it's jacked up and it's not constant.

Caused by a rear brake pad/caliper??? Make it click and then lightly put the handbrake on to see if the sound goes away.

The thing it, I can't make it click nor is it consistant. It just happens. Like i pull in slowly or back out and it'll go Click and that be it for a few minutes.

So I swapped CV joints, and I'm still getting a clicking noise. Gonna change the diff mounts and go from there.

Check your driveshaft U-joints. I got completely hung up on the loose nut thing, and forgot that the U-joints in the driveshaft make that EXACT noise, and sometimes it isn't consistent. When mine went bad, I could ONLY hear it at like 5-6 MPH, and ONLY when I was next to a building or line of cars.

Huh. Well I'm out of ideas for the time being. Lol. Have you checked your bushings and suspension?

Make sure the caliper bolts are tight. If their loose, the caliper could be clicking when you press the brake / engage the e-brake. If you lost one of the bolts, the caliper could also be touching the rim.

Good question, as the universal joints in the NA FC driveshafts are not TECHNICALLY replaceable. Do a search, and you'll find a good amount of information on the subject. I got my new u-joints from Rockford Driveline, and they were definitely a PITA to replace...

I was going to go through Rockford I think. Did you just order straight from them?

Its when I'm driving mostly, and I've already disconnected it since the antenna didn't go down once it was up. iPod ftw.

Alright so an update. I had my car in for some work; new clutch, flywheel, and driveshaft (had just ujoints, but the shop cracked the drive shaft so they bought me a new one). Assuming everything was done right I'm still getting a clicking sound at low speed turning and stuff. Need some help here, I'm stumped.

So new parts are:
-Clutch
-Flywheel
-Driveshaft
-CV joints

Thinking it mounts? The diff itself? Etc...

Mounts, probably not. could be the diff though, did you say you had an LSD? Do you have LSD fluid in it? Some differentials (My only experience is with Corvettes and they ALL do this) will make a clicking sound around turns if the fluid in the differential doesn't have the LSD additive.

Also, are you sure it isn't the hub bearings?

I haven't checked the hub bearings yet. Guess that's the next thing on the list but I see about an LSD additive.

I'm assuming I need the bearing and seal? http://www.mazdatrix.com/h86-92bearings.htm
