Checking the OMP operation...

I have a '91 N/A

Is there an easy way to check that the OMP is working properly.
I wouldn't want it to fail and take the engine with it

Bump, bump I am also wondering about this. Will it just leak around the outside of it? I don't know, I might be a little confused where the pump is and could use a good pic or explanation.
