Check Valve (Green/white)

Who makes those little plastic check valves that are geen/white (HE41-13-995)? Dealer wants like $25/each! I was looking for another source. I've seen cheaper generic ones but I hear they don't have filters in them and that will eventually cause problems with the solenoids.

I should've clarified my post. New check valve source. My old ones still work to some degree. Air can pass one direction but it feels restrictive in one. And I read from some RX7 site that restrictive ones can make your car run crappy.
