Question check connector

the check connector that you jump to set the timing,mixture,etc.. would you jump ths wire on first start when ALL componants are from different donors cars?
not one sensor is from the same purchase.

If I deciphered your question correctly...

The initial set connector is there to disable ECU feedback when adjusting idle, mixture, etc... Having used sensors from other RX7s has nothing to do with it, and there is no need to jump the connector on a first-time start up, unless planning to make adjustments.

would making the adjustments during starting to get it to start,run,idle easier?

No, all adjustments should be made with the engine completely warm.
