Exclamation Chasing Down Gremlins

Alright,

I'm going to post a few problems, if anyone's got any suggestions please LET ME KNOW!

1) Lights dont go down, when taking the wires off up front we can manually get them to go up and down by jumping the wires, etc, however, the power is getting a constant voltage, we've tried five different switches.

2) My idle, was great when I got the car, still is mostly great but I think I may have a vacuum leak. You see, the 3000 RPM cold start works great, unfortuantley, but I leave it in gear and if I dont hit the gas it wont catch at 1500 RPM like it usually does sometimes so I'm left with an engine thats about to stall out, once its just a tad bit warmed up it does fine. Is it the BAC Valve? Wax?

Also, I plan on replacing the vacuum lines with silicone ones anyways, does anyone have any exact lengths that I'll need feet wise of each size?

Overall, my car runs pretty good, for being N/A with a SAFCII, I kept up with a N/A same year, less mileage, that had a full racing beat exhaust and intake on it. Just getting these damn bugs out are killing me!
