In the Canadian forum, yes.

If you consider it an attack, then that's your opinion. I intended the original post as gentle ribbing, exactly as I have done in the Canadian section several times. Lots of posts much worse then that are made in the 2nd Gen Forum every day and let go...
meh........ everything's debatable (cept the he mentioned he was opening up shop in canadian forum, you win that one hands down), and I know everyone can look up posts I meatn it was an abues of that power as a forum participant. I just pointed out your modness to remind myself to not say anyhting I'd regret.. I don't want to argue, I just felt all proud reminding a mod of their own rules but that was very mild an attaqck, but it also has alot more power over many simple verbal insults. It was very cold-hearted. Whatever, tomato, to-mAh-to (they're spelled the same but you know the saying)

Avoid this crap like the plauge. Anyone who has seen, touched, or used Carbon Fiber can tell its fake, it only looks good to the ricers.

You could lmainate it yourself. Its actually quite easy. I have done some misc interior pieces, and bike parts before.

Just so you know Gel Coat is a ployester resin product and when working with CF you need epoxy resins. I guess some people have gotten them to work together but it involves a lot of expirimentation.

I dont get why people trash the cheap wrong way of making CF appearing parts (Sticker overlay) yet feel its okay to go with the expensive wrong way to do something. Either way you are wasting money for appearance sake.

Just admit to yourself you want to make a rice bucket and head to pep boys.

If you are building something for the sake of aperance then laminating is fine. The stickers are tacking and look fake.
