CBV chatter

Well I modified my stock CBV to vent to the atmosphere for ***** n' giggles today and I have to say that the result was well worth the $2 and 15 minutes that it costed. The only thing about it is that when letting off full boost it seems to chatter instead of just having a "whoosh" sound. It sounds like a pretty nice BOV when just letting off partial boost, but the almost retarded chattering is annoying when letting off full boost. Has anyone else experienced this with the factory CBV or even an aftermarket BOV?
Yeah I know, "Blah blah ricer mod," but I was bored and wanted to find out how it would sound. I'll probably put it back to recirculate soon anyways.

Well the noise scares away the Honda's, but it was fun picking on them. Other than being able to sneak up on people that don't know what an FC is, is there a bad side to having the CBV vent to the atmoshpere? I haven't noticed any loss of throttle response and there are no flames popping either.
