This cause a vac leak?

Might be a dumb question but I have a nipple in my LIM that is exposed. Not sure if it is supposed to be capped or not. Running a Microtech LT10s, 1600cc secondaries, and 850cc primaries, Aeromotive FPR.
Suspect nipple is circled in pic.

Running with no emissions. I just didn't know if it was fuel related, and I don't think it is so I was concerned on whether to cap it or not.

Looks like it's left over from the removal of the solenoid rack, i've got 2 nipples left over from that and no vac leak. Just cap it up if you're not sure

it is for the fuel vapor purge valve in the rats nest(orange connector). That cap is for a vac line that went to your secondary fuel rail. Just cap it off if rats nest is removed.
