CAS which side wiring harness ?

I have a completly hacked wiring harness with CAT5 computer cable to the CAS...Im wondering what side of the wiring harness this is suppose to come from ?

The ECU/Fuel side or the Headlight/Dash side ?

on an '88, anyway, the CAS and BAC wiring bundle together, then run into a larger bundle that runs across the forward upper engine, just behind the alternator, to the right side of the engine...also joining in on the fun are the primary injectors wiring, port and switching solenoid valves (on the ACV), alternator back plug, etc...short answer is, the BUNDLE ON THE RIGHT SIDE of the engine, call it ECU side, if you wish...

Not on my 88 NA EFI harness or on my 88 TII EFI harness.

The BAC/ACV/ASV/Injectors/Water temp sensor/Knock sensor is on the EFI side.
The CAS/Oil sensor/starter/Alternator ring terminal is on the Main harness/driver side.

On NA's the Alternator plug goes to the EFI passenger side. Then there is the side ring terminal which is on the Main Harness Drivers side.

On Turbo models the Alternator wiring is all on the Main harness side.

hmmm...very interesting...now that I think about it, the CAS bundle goes into the same harness as the alternator charging cable, right? Aw sh*t, I'm all confused now, and I just played with this stuff yesterday!!!edit- sorry, von, delete my earlier BS...
