CAS Arming Voltages

I just finished tidying up a Haltech Elite 750 install and trying to start my car. Stock FC CAS wired properly, home and trigger properly shielded. Brand new factory connector. CAS was re-stabbed as per the factory procedure.
Cranks but won't start. Could be a few minor things but I am getting code PO373 and suspect it has to do with the threshold voltage settings.

Is there a known voltage curve for the stock CAS? I saw one guy had measured about 0.4V at cranking RPMs and 5V at redline. Couldn't find any more information.
My trigger arming voltage was set around .26V at 200RPM. I will bump it up and see if it makes a difference.

Using the Haltech FC CAS settings, 12+1 and 5* TDC offset.
