Cars Running Hot

My car says that its on fire practically. Its at the H for the thermostat, but I just put in a fluidyne performance radiator. I also replaced all the hoses, clamps, thermostat, and gasket. The car doesn't smoke and the air coming in is not hot in the slightest. The heater doesn't even make hot air. There are not leaks either. Is the gauge broken or the sensor that goes to it. Or is the engine really in trouble. Thanks

well if its at the H all the time then it should be smoking, did you check your connection on your temp gauge?
