carbon box just stopped and started working
I think it's called the carbon box, the thing that increases fuel if it detects a load on the engine at idle. well it stopped working after I had cleaned the contact wires in the engine bay. after driving it all day it just started working, and way better than it had before.... it used to take a seccond to kick in when I let go of the clutch, now it's instantaneous. I'm just wondering if this means something I should know about.

1.3L is not that small
? are you sure you dont mean a BAC because thats what adds air to keep the idle nice when going under load... a/c and p/s... i have never heard of a carbon box, there is a charcoal canister but that is for filtering fumes and exhaust purposes.... is this "carbon box" of yours located on the end of the upper intake manifold cause if it is you need to rename it BAC

it's the bac, I had no clue what it was called and I saw someone refer to it as that in another post. sorry about the confusion. All I'm really sure on are the symptoms.
