WHY did you replace the fuses???

Not exactly what I would consider a "wear item"...

Make sure your Air flow meter is connected properly..

This is like 99.9% of the reason people have problems with a car shutting off after 5seconds.

The other 0.1% are either wiring issues between the AFM/ECU/Relay for pump and big vacume leaks after the AFM and before the throttle body.

Maybe you forgot to put a fuse back in?

Well... I can't think of any fuses that would exhibit that problem..

But i can tell you why it would happen if the AFM isn't plugged in.

When you turn the ignition to crank the starter the fuel pumps automagically turns on, regardless of what the ECU/AFM/anything else just about, is doing.

If he didn't replace either of the 'Ecu' fuses he wont get either spark of pulsing of the fuel injectors.. that equals no start at all.

I would guess that you dislodged a connector/wirer/something there at the AFM. Check, then double check all of the wires in that vicinity.

Two choices, replacement filter for the airbox, or a cone. The airbox filter you would just buy it and drop it in. Cone requires a bit of work. That would be best to do a search on.
