car wont start... any ideas what would cause this?

car wont start... any ideas what would cause this?
I have a 89 Mazda RX-7 GXL, at first I thought maybe it was just flooded because that happens sometimes, all I have to do to start it is pump the gas a few times while starting it and it will start right up.
But today its making a differant noise than usual, its more like a humming sound when you start it and pumping the gas does nothing..
Yesterday it was idling low and acted like it was hesitating too...
I *think* it may be the spark plugs but I'm not totally sure, anyone have any other input on this?

From: Findlay, Ohio for now. Thinking about moving in with your mom.
it could be your fuel pump, or maybe just spark plugs need to be changed. Im also from ohio, maybe i can come fix it!
