System you mean by Radio, Door Speakers, and Subs? Check the wiring again and in the long run probly have to consider changeing to a FD alternator...

All but the cheapest head units will do that automatically without any wiring changes. What exactly did you do?

i wired everything up and it works 100%perfectly i have to make some ajustments to the relay in the boot for the antenna so it doesnt stay up when i play cd's... i ran rca plugs and a power wire to the boot and i have a power wire to the battery but the are not used yet as i have not installed a sub or amp in it yet they were just put there for future subs and amps.... its a very strong head unit im just so confused.. thanks guys

I think you missed my point. Unless your head unit is vert old or very cheap it will only raise the antenna when the radio is on. Even the stock stereo did this. What head unit do you have?

What do you mean about "head unit" because the guy that had my car before me put a 1200 set up in it, and i guess replaced everything. when I turn the key the antenna immediately comes up, is this not suppose to happen?

The CD player! That big thing you just stuck in the dash. Didn't it have an antenna control wire to connect? Again, what is it? Is is new?

A what?

No it's not. For the third time, if it's wired correctly the head unit only raises the antenna if the radio is on. FC's need a relay to swap the head unit's switched power to match the antenna's switch ground, but that's very simple.

About the NON STARTING ENGINE.............Jumper the Fuel Pump Check Connector and turn the key to ON. You should hear the fuel pump working.

If not, then its likely the ENGINE fuse is kaput. It controls the Circuit Opening Relay and the Main Relay which in turn control whether you get spark or fuel.

Common sense says to also check the two EGI fuses in the engine bay while your at it.

But, on the other hand, you would have already checked the fuses prior to asking your question on this forum, so I guess I don't have an answer. Personally I'd chunk the radio and any and all cell phones. Their the Devil's toys.

If you connect the head unit properly (see diagram above) the antenna will work exactly as you want. No extra wiring is needed. That's definitely the last time I'm saying that...
