car wont start...

I am thinking a electrical issue...

It Will start on Starting fluid... but not on gas out of its injectors. I have a fuel pressure guage before the pulsation dampener and things test out. I have watched for voltage jumps on the wires connecting to the injectors and saw none. There is connectivity between the injector and the corresponding plug in the ecu. There is not however between either wire and ground, with the car with the key in the run position. At the resister pack i am getting voltage that far, but i can not find the resister pack in the fsm's wiring diagram.

I just installed the motor, so i may have missed pluging something in.

Any recommendations? the engine wiring harness is an s4 tii and the injectors are out of an s5, i removed the resister pack and connected the 5 wires, as instructed by rotary resurrection's tech section.

What kind of car do you have? S4, S5, Turbo, N/A?
If you are checking the injectors on the pasenger side on the motor, those dont kick in till after 3000 sum odd rpm... The injectors under the UIM are the ones that run on lower RPM...
Use a mechanics stethoscope to listen to them while someone turns the engine over... You are listening for a ticking sound... You probably only need a fuel filter...

the motor is an s4 tII (as i said in my initial post)
the car is a S5 na modifyed to work with a s4 ecu/harness before i got the car.
s4 harness/ecu modified to work with s5 injectors. (One of my s4 injectors was unusable.)

I was checking the primary's not the secondary.

I don't think i need a fuel filture because i have a fuel pressure gauge between the fuel filter and the pulsation dampener and was getting 40psi.

While doing my tests i have and the UIM off and all plugs/vacuum lines to it disconnected.

above when i said "At the resister pack i am getting voltage that far" i ment to say "there is connectivity between the ecu/injectors and the resister pack." but not the center wire and ground.

ok i got it started. I added a wire from the center wire in the resister pack to the battery. I also found my MAF is bad. It wont open at all. I took it off and connected the fuel sensor and it stated. Runs kinda rough though, but it also dosnt have the o2 sensor attached
