car wont make spark

I just traded for an 86 rx7 with a brand new rebuilt motor that has never been turned over. Replaced all plugs and brand new battery. But the car is making no spark. I cant figure out whats wrong..... help please!

Install a good ENGINE fuse and connect the cas's plug.
