Talking Car started first try!

So i finally went to start my rebuild today..after priming the fuel and oil systems the car started first try, almost immediately. The car idles at a steady 1000rpm but sometimes randomly fumbles slightly..so maybe its 5deg off? So far the only problem i see is that there's a slight leak from the oil return line off the turbo..random post, just a little excited.

awesome, just let it warm up and correct the timing so it will be easier to start. i remember when i first fired up my rebuild. it started then my friend shut it off by accident then it was hard to restart.

that was what i did, i was bleeding the coolant system and my friend got nervous when he heard the coolant buzzer and shut the car off. then the car was a bitch to start, i had to deflood it a few times and add some oil to the spark plug holes.

Ive had to push start both my rebuilds to get them to start. Old housings and new seals are a bitch. I you have troubles restarting, spend the 5 minutes and $2 and install a fuel cutoff switch. SOOOOO much easier than unplugging the fuel pump to get it started. Not nearly as imbarrassing either.
