car runs horibly

its like the transition from primaries to secondarys is wrong & it causing a bog. but if i give it too much gas too soon it also bogs. i had a n/a map sensor on there and it wouldnt read boost ofcorse, so it bogged if i tried to enter boost, but i swaped it with a turbo map & now bogs IN boost= BAD! i know its not fuel cut i didnt let the boost get close to 5psi even. i could only get in boost in 3rd 4 and 5th gear. the engine would bog before i could enter boost in 1st and second because the car wont let me go over 3.5-4k -/+ rpm under load it will just bog out period. what could cause this my tps is set at 1 ohm idel and reads 4.2 ohm WOT. could my turbo map be bad? mass airflow be junk? because even when i had the n/a map if i gave it too much gas too soon it would bog.. i noticed when i switched tps it misses more and sputers at idle. i have a msd ignition box and it still misses

ya i did, it didnt help a thing. still missed and what not, ill unplug TPS see if that helps.. the tps is at 1 OHM idle is it normal to be +/- .5 OHMs or a whole OHM to get it to operate corectly? Also why is it recomended to idle at a steady 1k rpm with the emissions removed and throttlebody mod done? i was woundering if there was some advantage. i have it idling at about 850-900 but as an example can have it idle at 400 if i really wanted to.
