car runs bad

i have a 87 TII with 83xxx on it. i drove it for 2 weeks and it started to run bad due to clogged injectors.
so 8 months later. 2 new 720cc sec. injectors and newish 550cc prim. ported WG, rtek 1.7. 0 emission and what not.
so i would crank it and it had rpm signal and when it fired up the rpms went away and no trailing spark. replaced coil still no. swap out the rtek ecu with stock and started up.
so it idles decent and when u give it gas it sputters like not enough fuel or something of that matter.
i turn the car off and try to start it and its flooded so its gettin fuel, and spark to both coils.
i did a compression test on it and it front rotor did 85 and rear did 75. this is on a cold engine i would say. it was fully warmed up and sat for an hourish until i did the test.
so the problem i'm having is no power and i guess u can say it won't boost. at 3500rpms it back fires and all that bad stuff. i only did that once cuz it didn't sound good.
any advice would help.

you may need a rebuild judging by that compression test.

pressure test it for vacuum leaks. I doubt its compression. My newly rebuilt TII engine has about 80-85 psi right now and it runs perfect. Go through all the usuall things like checking the grounds, setting the TPS again, timing, etc etc. Could be a clogged exhaust maybe. Test the AFM and air temp sensor. ...
