Car running lean and can't adjust tps.

I replaced all the vac lines and taking out a nut that dropped into the chamber because of this i had removed the UIM, LIM, turbo, exhaust manifold, then rotated the engine by hand). After putting everything back together and took it for a drive, the car is running lean, getting 15~16 AFR on the gauge on light throttle under 3k, when the car is under low boost (around 8 psi) it went way off the scale even with water meth injection kick in at 4psi.

Came back to the warehouse/office, adjusted boost back to stock level, adjusted air map on safc to run rich, adjusted FPR and bought the fuel pressure up abit, but no difference still running lean.

I didn't touch the fuel system at all when removing the LIM, only unbolted the fuel rail from the LIM. And i double checked the injector clips and they were secure before i put the UIM back on.

I checked the tps and is reading only 500~ ohms, and no matter how much i turn the screw it won't adjust more than 50 ohms +/-.

Anyone got any idea what did i messed up?

Does the car have any hesitations or other odd behavior? Your gauge might just be lying to you. My LC-1 decided to read 1-1.5 full points richer a couple weeks ago, but as soon as I re-calibrated it, the numbers went back to normal.

For the TPS, check voltage rather than resistance. See how that goes.

Do you have an exhaust leak near the sensor?

The tps had no problem, my multi-meter was not working properly, readings are fine for both resistance and voltage when i hooked up another meter. I took the wideband out wiped the sensor cleaned it up and re-calibrated the gauge, but it reads the same and i believe is working properly. I checked all the connecting point on the exhaust but didn't find any leak either. I just took it for a drive and it actually got a knock when i was accelerating on the ramp when getting on the highway, i was going easy in 3rd as well only small amount of boost was kicked in for a second or two.

I turtle'd to the next ramp and turned around went back to the office parked the car and started to get worry....

If i just messed up a prefect compression engine for a stupid mistake, i gonna kill myself.
