Car not trying to start
Cliff notes: Tried to do the fuel pump switch to get my flooded 7 started, now it's not even trying to start.
Long story. Figure I might as well start at the beginning.
On the relay, I tried following these directions. It didn't work for what I wanted it to do. So I reconnected that wire and cut the Blue-red wire next to it, which per FSM, goes to the fuel pump.
After I wired in that switch, I tried starting the car with the relay unplugged (not on purpose, dumb move). Car tried to start (somehow) for a second, I killed the ign switch and after a second I heard a pop. I tried starting the car again and it would not even turn.
All connections are solid, I've checked all the fuses and I am thoroughly stumped by this. Any help is greatly appreciated!

A lot of people have installed this switch, it does work. Maybe you just need to start over.
Take the switch back out and reconnect the blue-red wire and cut the middle of five wires. The switch you are adding just makes or breaks the circuit.
The two ends of the wire that you just cut go to the switch, one end to each connector.
