Car jogs strangly

Hey,
Whenever my car is going at about 4000 rpms and a little lower in all gears, it jogs and seems to lose power until it gets to about 5000 rpms. Do I just need to start it off and run it at higher rpms or what?

you have the same problem as me. first i am going to try and replace the spark plugs and wires and clean the injectors and see if that does the trick.
