Car idles but loses all power

Just did a turbo swap into my vert it is an S5 and I put an S5 turbo motor in, the car starts up fine idle is fine timming is set, I just got an N370 ECU and dropped it in and now the car idles fine but it seems like the secondary injectors are not working at all once i floor the car it just dies til i let the gas off and then it goes back to idle revs fine to 2500 then like i said just dies...so i put the non turbo ECU back in and the secondaries are working so i am not sure if this N370 ECU is the problem or not or if i need to modify my wireharness, i was lead to believe it was all plug and play I did rewire the fuel relay so it gets 12v constant so I am not sure what the problem is but I hate to just go buy another ECU if there is something I have forgotten i have N370 boost sensor AFM etc...all pollution controls are eliminated ......any help would be much appreciated or any ideas thanks!

oh one other thing I still have the non turbo alternator is there any possibility that it just doesn't have enough amps for the turbo system?

You sure the ECU hasnt been chipped or anything it could be running a richer mixture which will make the car almost die if there is too much fuel going in. Take it for a 10 minute driver and then check the turbo exhaust housing if its glowing red its probably running too rich, however if the secondarys werent working the car would run lead but they generally go a bit hard not fall over themselves like when running rich.

Yeah i drove it around for a good 10 minutes but like i said same thing i got no throttle response after 2500-3000k it jsut dies the ECU appears to have not been tampered with but the fact that the N/A ECU works just makes me have to believe the N370 is no good I had a N374 ECU i tried also but i guess that ECU is trashed cause the car wont even start up with it
