I dont see any other way to mount the things on it. Could it possibly be a TB for an S4 NA or something else?

This is how it is rightside up. Wouldnt even install into the car if I tried flipping it because the bolts wouldnt align.

I have an NA so maybe things are completely different for a turbo S4 but I don't believe the TPS adjustment screw should be pointed down as yours for that just makes no sense at all regardless of whether it was a turbo or not.

No but what im saying is on an NA This would be rightside up...


And on a turbo II this would be rightside up...


So take an NA Throttle Body, swap it upside down and rotate it 180 and it installs right to the turbo upper intake mani. Im thinking this is what the person before me did.
