Car hesitates before fully warmed....normal?

hey guys i have a 90 TII and my car hesitates like it's starving for fuel until it is fully warmed up and then it is fine....my air/fuel gauge is almost in the rich when it is shuttering. is it a sensor? all emissions removed, i don't know anything about thermowax so could it be this?

I replaced both.... the sensor first, then I discovered it was the connector that was bad. lol.

then maybe the tps or afm is outta whack a little? run some tests with a multimeter, refer to the FSM for specs, available in the FAQ's. those would be my three culprits.
