sometimes when i try to start the car it doesnt want to start with no clicking of the starter relay and other times it does usually when it starts the icons in the logicon are on before it starts and when it doesnt start those icon lights are off i was wondering if maybe my logicon is messed up or do i have an ignition problem

 

Sounds like you have a poor connection at the battery. Try cleaning the posts and clamps and then tighten them on there securely.
