Car crank, but wont turn over??? What the **** are you talking about?? Crank/turn over = same damn thing. Man, there are alot of dipshits here...
Im guessing you mean your car will crank, but will not start. correct?
Pull the EGI fuse out of the fusebox under the hood. Get back in the car
and hold the gas pedal down and crank the starter for a bit. Hop back out
and put the fuse back in. Now try to start your car. It should start now.
If not, you may need to pull out a plug on each rotor and pull the EGI fuse and
let the chambers air out. Clean and reinstall plugs and put the fuse back in and
you should be good to go.
None of this will fix your **** poor way of describing things. Im guessing
you dropped out of school around the 7th-8th grade right? There is a neat
SEARCH feature that would have saved you from trying to type such big words.
Just search for "FLOODED" and you will find tons of info on this.

i had this problem and still do sometimes. my problem is that i couldn't get the fpr right. once i finally did the car would crank but if i would try a second time then i had the same syptoms that you have: gas smell, will crank but not turn over. what i did to get the car started was pull the fuel relay under the dash above the pedals and would crank the car untill it acted like it wanted to crank and snapped it back in when that happened and the car started.

and another thing, when i was installing the motor and had everything hooked up correctly and the car did this. i shyed away from it being the fuel pump because it was a new walbro but come to find out the guy sent me another and the car started right up.
