i had the intercooler put in with 2.5' piping. if i dont rev the car and let it idle it will just die. anyone have any ideas why?

 

vacuum leak, intake leak, TPS? those are my guesses.

 

tps looks fine, checking the leaks, the guy said somehtin about the maf?

 

It sounds like the BAC is not connected to the air intake anymore. Did they make provisions for the connection to the bac? When they installed the intercooler (front mount intercooler/top mount intercooler/side mount intecooler?).
