As far as if you have keyless entry added on, then to disarm both the factory security system and the aftermarket system, you would have to run a diode over from the unlock signal of the aftermarket alarm to feed into the key sense unlock wire.

a question to this if i lock the door while the door is open then when i close the door it unlocks itself so how would this set the alarm?

but if someone brakes the key hole on the out side and sticks there finger in and unlock it, it will turn off the factory alarm....

What about those commando system? Something like this,
http://www.commandoalarms.com/itm30032.htm

You could buy the most expensive alarm system, but it only matters about the features and how you wire it up.

There is also a writeup on how to wire up an alarm system into the stock harness. I gata find that.

ok I just looked at the viper alarms. Go with them, they have the hookup for their GPS tracking system so you can find your car on the internet!

Lift the outside door handle while closing the door. With the outside handle lifted you can close the door without it unlocking.

Unlocking when you just close the door (and don't lift the handle) is so you can't accidentally lock your keys in the car.

Th cool thing about that is also, that allows you to use the stock alarm of not. if you don't even want to arm the stock alarm, you can just close the door and lock it with the key (or keyless systm if you added that), but if you wish to arm the stock alarm, you lock the door with the interior latch switch, and then close the door while holding up the door handle, then arm you afternmarkets system (if equipped).

I used to repossess cars for local banks a few years ago. We would get very creative in different ways to ****** cars. If someone is moderatly smart and wants your car, there is nothing you can do to stop them from stealing it.
Turning the wheels in a parking lot full of cars really doesn't stop a wrecker from taking the car, merely a minor nusince (Escpecially if you can grab it from the front )
The best thing to prevent people from stealing your car is a hidden kill switch (that you engage everytime!) and a good alarm. Thats it. Like I said, it's not a matter of stopping people from stealing it's making it a difficult as possible.

The most common theives don't use reckers to steel the cars. We all know nothing can stop a tow truck from grabbing a your car. I have seen those repo shows on TV.

Part of my point is that a good alarm and a kill switch is all you can do and will stop all but the most determined criminals.
