Can't pass inspection w/o the horn

They tested the actual horn and it worked fine so it must be something with the soldering or something. Anyone know how to fix?

I read somewhere that it was the soldering joints or something on the cpu...where would that be located?

you need to pull of the cover off your steering wheel to make sure the solder is good and the horn is grounding out...also check your stop fuse in the fuse box
