A) where is this "thermo water valve" located
B) what do you meant by "jumping"

this thermo valve is located if your looking at the fron of engine it is located on the left corner in the back and it looks like a thick tube then has two stif tubes coming off for manual which is mine, but this guy i bought from had three coming off which is for an automatic so i dont get it, the jumping im talking about is you go up to 2000 then it stalls goes to 1500 then back up to 2000 realy quick kind like hittin the gas rapidly in 1st it starts like jumping the car foward and back, does that help at all and this only happens when its hotter that 90 with humidity, and it is called a water thermo valve i looked it up and theres a picture of a diagraphm however you spell that but theres one of an 89 with one in it but the 86 diagraphm doesnt have one so i guess ill just put a two hose and try it but there are three hoses and suppost to be 2 for manual two go to like an air in and out and the other goes to some stupid filter

We could probably assume from this that the car was originally an automatic transmission? or it may simply be a model difference... I doubt this is the cause of your problem.... what made you think it was?

This sounds like maybe 3800RPM hesitation (except earlier?? I would tend to believe that if it weren't for this:
this only happens when its hotter that 90 with humidity
I'm stumped.... maybe check your Catalytic convertor as was previously suggested....

BTW... that has gotta be THE most confusing post I have ever seen. If I might make a suggestion: Try and organise your information a little more clearly and hit enter occasionally (for example, you could have simply answered my 2 questions, with blank space in between (leave a line). It would make your posts much clearer to the reader and more people will answer as a result.

My car used to do the same thing when it was hot, I adjusted the TPS and it stopped altogether.
