Any hardware store would have them... They usually have a big wall of bolts/nuts/washers etc. I have yet been able to not find a part I needed. Had to go to a few places sometimes.

Im kinda confused on thread sizes too. I see M8 and M10 bolts that are the same width? I seem to have a hard time finding M10 bolts with 1.25 thread pitch too, they always have 1.5. what gives?

Try NAPA. They usually carry the odd and hard to find bolts for japanese cars. They've always come through for me. Like they say "no american parts available"
all the better for foreign car owners.

I had the same problem in my area, no hardware/ auto stores had a good selection of metric bolts, get out your phonebook and find a fastners distributer, I went to one and was amazed, they have EVERYTHING even some interior little clippy things i needed, and high grade metric bolts in many many sizes

Go to a special fasterner shop. They will have them, and their pricing is much better than the auto parts store. If there isn't a shop in your area, then maybe the one near me can send you the parts.

Pinellas Fastener
5080 110th Ave N
Clearwater, FL
(727) 572-1966

BTW, this place also sells aerospace grade wheel studs for less than the generic studs you can get at your local auto parts store.

Ha thats funny, well not really, I lost the dp bolts and NO hardware store carried them, NO auto part stores carried them, and then guess what, the dealer TWICE gave me the wrong ones. I also tried two fasteners places whom both laughed at me telling me I'll never get it, well unfortunately I was right...Off the machine shop I went and they fixed my problem. What a headache. Just my .02

fastener shop - got it.

So what your saying is all the "lightweight" nuts & bolts mazda used are oddball sized. Big cores, small heads.

Do fastener shops have the integrated bolt & washer or nut & washer like mazda's are.

I usually replace 2 bolts with 6 pieces ... 2 bolts, 2 lock washers, 2 main washers, and 2 nuts.
