cant find hylomar!

cant find hylomar!

What product can i use instead or should i leave my coolant seals dry?

ok i got what i wanted now after rebuild whats the best method to heat cycle or break in the engine ?

run it for 20 miles, and change the oil, then oil change after 200 then at 800 and then after every 3k miles.

i never followed the "stay below 4k rpm" rule.

Break in is pretty much however you want to do it..

I've always tried to keep it under 3K for the first ~500mi and then worked up to redline by 1K miles, but I'm planning to do more of a 2K mi break in for my next engine [new housings, apex seals, bearings]

Here's one way: Rotary Resurrection break in.

I've also heard of people who immediately go out on the track and beat the engine in, but I wouldn't really recommend that unless you can afford to re-rebuild it
