Lightbulb Can you help me identify this sensor?

I took out the air intake tubing and I forgot to take out this wire that was connected to it. Biggest mistake I made, It had ripped a metal piece in the thing it was connected to. Can you guys help me identify what sensor this is? I just noticed the "Check Engine" light came on after this had happen.

Here are a few pictures I tried taking with my camera:

What sensor is this?

There were 2 metal pieces on the sensor but the other ripped

The other one that had ripped got stuck inside this thing

Also do you guys think I can go to Advanced Auto parts or Murray's speed & Custom to get this sensor so I can replace? Or can you guys give me an idea where I can buy one?

Thank you
-Edgar

Well, I don't know about your stores down there, but around here most people have to order it. Fortunately I have Victoria British, or black dragon, whatever you want to call it, right down the street from me.

If you can't find it locally, mazdatrix has them part# 18-8450-N326

If $58 is too steep for you to buy a new one off of mazdatrix, you can always buy a manifold off of ebay that shows the sensor still attached. When I bought a LIM/UIM set on ebay, I got free injectors/rails/sensors etc... On an NA, the air temp sensor is on the plenum (dynamic chamber), and on turbos it is on the compression tube that bolts onto the TB.

Yes that's the same exact sensor I am looking for.
Thank you very much for that information. But I'm still trying to find this sensor locally. If Nothing shows, I'll go with MazdaTrix
