Been covered lots, try the search button. Housings between S4/S5 and the FD are all interchangable, but the pumps alone are not.

 

you can put an s4 pump and housing on an s5, and visa versa, but not an s4 housing with s5 pump etc. You will also have to swap the pullies on the pump's

I didnt notice any diff with the sensors on my s5 pump or s4 pump both of wich i had on my cosmo re
