Can someone identify this bodykit?

FC’s aren’t really my specialty, and I couldn’t find anything out about it through a search. Could someone please tell me who makes this kit?

That's A-M-E-M-I-Y-A, but it's actually pronounced "Ah-mah-mee-yah".

How come the RE2000 kit costs more than his regular sleek light front bumper (the one that looks kinda like the r magic one)? I though Amemiya was pronounced Ah Meh Mee Ahh.. . wouldnt ah mah mee ah be spelled amamiya?
